About Anya’s Boutique
Hi, I'm Michele. As a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) and a military veteran, I have spent my career—both in the service and in clinical settings—learning one fundamental truth: true resilience requires a system, not just a suggestion.
In my time working in PPEC, lymphedema clinics, and outpatient therapy, I noticed a recurring problem. Too many people were "finished" with their medical care, but they weren't truly recovered. They were discharged with no plan for how to maintain their progress in the real world. They were left to piece together conflicting advice from trainers, nutritionists, and clinicians, leaving them feeling overwhelmed and burnt out.
I founded Anya's Boutique to fix that.
My Approach
My background is rooted in both the precision of military discipline and the clinical science of occupational therapy. I don't believe in quick fixes or treating symptoms in isolation. Instead, I focus on the "whole" person.
I believe that sustainable health is built by harmonizing the fundamentals: hydration, mineral balance, daily movement, and nervous system regulation. My goal is to provide you with the evidence-informed tools you need to move past the "crash" cycle and build a body that feels capable and strong every single day.
A Note on Wellness
It is important to me that you know exactly who we are and what we do. Anya's Boutique is a wellness and education-focused company, not a medical facility. We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatments.
My work is designed to bridge the gap between clinical settings and your daily lifestyle. I prioritize safety and professional boundaries above all else. I always encourage my clients to consult with their primary physicians before starting new routines, and I am committed to providing the supportive, evidence-based tools you need to thrive.
