Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at ksajous1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products and downloadable content
• Opened supplements or consumable wellness products
• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
